I am a dentist who was looking for something to rival my canon set up. I love the sony a7 rii and really wanted to incorporate this flash into my workflow. It does not come with the right adapter to fit the only decent macro lens option, the 90 mm macro lens. So that first frustration. The flash feels very flimsy, especially the poorly designed bracket and extension arms. Sony, PLEASE PLEASE come out with a better macro flash option for the dental community. you are really missing out on a huge market. In regards to this flash, it does the job once you have the right adapter.
